Job summary

Capitol City Rehab and Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. All shifts are available, including day, evening, and night options with full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with RNs and care teams, and maintaining accurate documentation to meet care standards. New LPNs are welcome and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• New LPNs welcome with training and orientation provided.
