Apploi is seeking a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team in New York. This full-time or part-time role requires NY LPN license, ability to assess and treat residents independently, and to supervise CNAs. Shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with daily pay options.

Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience. Hiring Immediately.

Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Current License-LPN

Hours: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
