Apploi in New York is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The role focuses on geriatric care, medication administration, vital signs, and delivering resident treatments with minimal supervision.

Daily pay options are offered to support financial flexibility. Eligible candidates hold an NY LPN license, have strong communication with physicians and families, and can supervise CNAs.

Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience. Hiring Immediately.

Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
