Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing facility in New York. The ideal candidate holds an NY LPN license, has a passion for geriatric care, and can evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision. Hiring immediately.

Shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with daily pay options. Rate up to $34.48/hour plus benefits such as medical, dental and vision, 1199 benefits after 90 days, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Current NY LPN license.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for residents of SNF and long-term care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs where applicable.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Educate residents and families; coordinate with physicians and other staff.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Current License-LPN
