Apploi is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York for full-time or part-time shifts in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role requires NY licensure, ability to work independently, and a focus on geriatric care with therapeutic activities to enhance residents' experiences.

Hours include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with daily pay available. The rate is up to $34.48 per hour. Full benefits and opportunities for growth are offered. Immediate hiring.

Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Current License-LPN
