Rockville Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility in New York. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, resident care, and collaboration with physicians and CNAs.

Candidates must hold an active NY LPN license and be available for alternate weekend shifts. Salary is up to $40 per hour with comprehensive benefits. Exceptional geriatric care and compassionate service are valued in our team.

The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
