Rockville Center is seeking a qualified LPN to join our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care team in New York. The nurse will provide comprehensive resident care, including medication administration (IVs), vital signs, and education for residents and families. Collaboration with physicians, NPs, and CNAs is essential to ensure quality outcomes.

The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
