Apploi is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Skilled Nursing facility in New York. The ideal candidate will be passionate about geriatric care, able to evaluate and treat residents independently, and perform functional therapeutic activities to enhance resident experience. Hiring immediately.

Rate: Up to $34.48 per hour. Full and part-time shifts available, with day and evening hours. Benefits include 1199 after 90 days, medical/dental/vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NY.
• Passion for geriatric care and resident education.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
