Job summary

Apploi is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time roles in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate holds a NY LPN license, can evaluate and treat residents independently, and is dedicated to geriatric care. Scheduling includes 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm shifts with daily pay options.

Rate: Up to $34.48 per hour. Benefits include 1199 benefits after 90 days, medical, dental and vision, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with NY license is required.
• Experience in geriatric care or SNF setting preferred.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and collaborate with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and LTAC units.
• Administer medications, including IVs where applicable.
• Monitor and record vital signs and treatment outcomes.
• Educate residents and families and coordinate with physicians and CNAs.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
