Apploi in Hewlett Harbor, NY seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Skilled Nursing facility. The role supports geriatric residents with medication administration, vital signs, and routine care, with autonomy and collaboration with physicians and CNAs.

Shifts run 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm; both full-time and part-time options are available. Daily pay is offered, along with competitive wages and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Formación

• Current LPN license in the state of NY is required.
• Experience with geriatric populations is preferred.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience. Hiring Immediately.

Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.

• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
