Job summary

EPIC Healthcare in Trenton, NJ is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support day-to-day patient care in a nursing facility. All 8-hour shifts are available, with options for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem.

You will monitor vital signs, change dressings, document patient histories, assist with tests, and provide personal care under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, Unit Manager, and Administrator. NJ LPN license required; LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• LPN in NJ.
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day patient care.
• Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition.
• Changing dressings or inserting catheters.
• Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation.
• Assisting with tests or procedures.
• Providing personal care, such as helping with bathing and toileting.
• Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or as directed to ensure quality patient care.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
