Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and overall patient condition.

• Report to Nursing Supervisor to ensure quality care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Every other weekend required at a minimum

Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

• The (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care
• Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition.
• Changing dressings or inserting catheters.
• Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation.
• Assisting with tests or procedures.
• Providing personal care, such as helping with bathing and toileting.
• Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or as directed to ensure quality patient care
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse
