Epic Healthcare's facility in Holmdel, NJ is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to oversee day-to-day patient care on all shifts.

The role requires NJ LPN licensure, a high school diploma, and prior LTC/SNF experience; candidates should be prepared to monitor vital signs, document patient information, and support bedside care in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid LPN license in New Jersey is required.
• Previous LTC/SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and overall condition of patients.
• Change dressings or insert catheters as needed.
• Take patient histories and maintain documentation.
• Assist with tests or procedures.
• Provide personal care such as bathing and toileting.
• Report to the Nursing Supervisor to ensure quality patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Now Hiring: (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

• All shifts available
• 3pm-11pm, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse:

• The (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for overseeing day to day patient care
• Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition.
• Changing dressings or inserting catheters.
• Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation.
• Assisting with tests or procedures.
• Providing personal care, such as helping with bathing and toileting.
• Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or as directed to ensure quality patient care
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
