Aster Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. The role requires adherence to state regulations and facility policies while supporting independence and comfort for every resident.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in NJ.

• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
