Job summary

Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care and sub-acute nursing team in New Jersey. We offer full- and part-time roles with new LPNs welcome.

Hourly compensation starts at $32.00 with full benefits, up to $38.00, plus weekend differentials, education assistance, sign-on bonus up to $4000, Baylor program option, and attendance rewards. Join our supportive, team-oriented facility and grow your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehab.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN/physician.
• Assist with care planning and rehabilitation goals.
• Supervise and support CNAs in daily care duties.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and facility policies.

Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 160-bed long-term care and sub-acute nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. We are actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team.
