Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete medical screening and assessments for new patients upon admission
• Monitor medication processes, including supervision of medication distribution and self-administration
• Prepare Medication Administration Record (MAR)
• Provide patient education regarding medications (group and individual)

Education and Experience

• Unencumbered LPN license to practice in Georgia
• 1 year of experience in addiction/behavioral health preferred
