Compensation: $25.00 - $27.25 / hour

We are immediately hiring for an overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role.

Per diem, overnight, and weekend shifts are available!

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting CNAs with ADL and routine care
• Conducting resident/patient treatments
• Administering medications according to physician orders and Plan of Care
• Submitting pharmacy orders
• Accurately documenting and recording all information
• Administering injections as prescribed
• Monitoring resident health and communicating current conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Providing basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging
• Managing IVs and starting IV drips
• Monitoring fluid and food intake and output
• Observing and reporting resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns
• Assisting with the admissions process as directed
