Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Current New Hampshire LPN license.
CPR certification is current.
Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Conducting resident assessments and ongoing evaluations.
Developing and updating individualized care plans.
Administering medications and treatments per care plans.
Performing therapeutic procedures including wound care, immunizations, and infection management.
Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Shift Differentials

2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour
3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour
Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)
