Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current New Hampshire LPN license.
- CPR certification is current.
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care.
Responsibilities
- Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Conducting resident assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Developing and updating individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments per care plans.
- Performing therapeutic procedures including wound care, immunizations, and infection management.
- Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.
