Job summary

RiverMead in Peterborough, NH is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), Caregivers, and Patient Care Assistants for 2nd shift (3-11pm). This is a full- and part-time posting with competitive pay and a weekend differential.

As an LNA, you provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, assist with ADLs, monitor changes, and document accurately in a safe, respectful environment. NH LNA license and CPR required; long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in New Hampshire
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
• CPR certification required
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment
