hourly rates are based on base pay + 2nd shift differential

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditionMaintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment
