Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 12-hour day and overnight shifts in our skilled nursing unit. You will provide care to residents, administer medications (including IVs when needed), and monitor vital signs.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Educate residents and families on care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate with health care team.
