Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for its Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and coordinating with the care team to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit, including medication administration and vital signs.
• Monitor patient outcomes and administer treatments as directed.
• Educate residents and families on care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
