Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day and night shifts in Berry Hill, Tennessee. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive wages, paid time off, and benefits. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, and collaboration with the care team. Tennessee LPN license is required. EOE.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• LPN/LVN license required for Tennessee.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs. Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Tennessee License-LPN
