Job summary

Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehab is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate, team-oriented care environment. Open to experienced nurses and new graduates, with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts available.

• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families.

LPN Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Provide compassionate care, education, and emotional support to residents and families
