Job summary

Five Star Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient care team. An active state LPN license and CPR/BLS certification are required, with strong patient assessment skills and clinical competency to administer medications as prescribed by the physician.

Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11am-7pm. We offer $40/hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and paid sick time in compliance with
