We needFull-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)on Day andNight Shiftsto join our team atHeritagespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Carein West Chester, OH.

LPN Pay Rate: $29 to $33 Per Hour - (based on LPN licensure and experience)
PLUSwe offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!

Licensed Practical Nurses WillBe Responsible For:

• Providing direct LPN nursing care
• Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
• Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident condition
• Attending required in-service trainings and educational events

Licensed Practical Nurses WillNeed To Have:

• Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
• Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
