Job summary

Maggie's Place in the Colonial Village family is seeking a dedicated Life Services Nurse to join our team. You will provide tenant services including personal care, medications, meals, social and recreational activities to support residents’ well‑being.

You will advocate for resident-centered care, coordinate with families and physicians, and support Life Safety policies. RN license in good standing, CPR, and preferred dementia experience are required for this caregiving role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license without encumbrance.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, medications, meals, and activity engagement as outlined in Tenant Service Plans.
• Maintains housekeeping chores and supports daily living activities for tenants.
• Plans and leads social, educational, and recreational activities; promotes resident well-being.
• Documents health changes and communicates with families, physicians, and health professionals.
• Participates in Life Safety, policy adherence, and emergency procedures.

The Life Services Nurse is responsible for the provision of tenant services, including assistance with personal care, medications, social and recreational activities, meal services and other tasks as needed to facilitate the continued well-being of tenants.
