Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day shifts at Wesley Glen in Columbus, OH. The role supports senior living residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care units, delivering compassionate nursing care in a collaborative, mission-driven team environment.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with families to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care while upholding safety and documentation standards in a skilled nursing

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

Week 1 – Sunday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
