Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Twin Lakes location in Montgomery, OH. You will provide compassionate nursing care to residents in assisted living and memory care, following care plans and safety protocols.

This role offers multiple schedules (full-time, part-time, and PRN) with a stable on-site team, generous benefits after 30 days, PTO, retirement plan with company match, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization

Qualifications

• LPN license in Ohio required.
• Experience in assisted living/memory care preferred.
• Commitment to respectful, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.

Schedule

Full Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Part Time | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

PRN (As Needed) | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but, required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month
