Job summary

The Ohio Masonic Communities is seeking an LPN to provide patient-focused care across our Medina, OH area campuses. This full-time nursing role offers day, evening, and PRN shifts (7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am) with a $5000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and $2500 for part-time staff.

You will follow Ohio State Health laws and assisted living standards while delivering compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary care to each and every resident.
• Assigns Nursing Assistants duties and evaluates progress of nursing assistants, resident assistants, and universal workers.
• Takes and records patients' vital signs; dresses wounds, administers enemas and other treatments as directed.

• Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to supervisor
• Administers specified medication, orally or by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, and documents in medication administration records

Qualifications
