Civita Care Center at Milford is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in Milford, CT. Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3 days/week; 3pm-11pm, 3 days/week; 11pm-7am rotations with weekend options.

Qualifications
