Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans.

We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions with 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 2 11pm-7am 3 and 4 days/week, and 11pm-7am every other weekend; competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, holidays,

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
