Apploi is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Medina, OH. Part-time daytime and PRN day/night shifts are available, with 12-hour shifts and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license issued in Ohio.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Available for part-time or PRN schedules including day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status, document vital signs and responses.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care including wound and catheter care.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and CNAs to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management.
• Ensure care adheres to regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical support.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
