West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. New grads and walk-ins welcome. We offer competitive pay, growth opportunities, comprehensive health insurance, shift differentials, PTO, overtime, and generous benefits.

LPNs provide direct nursing care to residents, work with a collaborative team, and help ensure high-quality care in a safe, supportive environment. Weekend availability and 8-hour shifts are part of the schedule.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
