The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is seeking a full-time LPN to join our skilled nursing team in New York. The ideal candidate will hold an NY LPN license and demonstrate the ability to evaluate and treat residents independently, with a focus on geriatric care.

Shifts offered include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with daily pay options and comprehensive benefits. This role supports residents across SNF and Long Term Care Units, coordinating with physicians and supervising CNAs.

Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience with geriatric population and long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Units.
• Medication administration including IVs; monitor vital signs.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;

• Providing resident and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
