Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania on the Warminster Campus is immediately hiring an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse. This part-time role offers day, evening, or night shifts with competitive pay up to $39/hr based on experience.

As an LPN you will organize, deliver and direct professional nursing care to residents, serving as charge nurse and directing CNAs while maintaining documentation, rounds, and medication monitoring per physician orders.

Qualifications

• LPN experience minimum 3 years.
• LPN PA License required.
• LPN nursing home experience minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Serves as charge nurse for assigned resident care unit and leads care teams.
• Collects data on residents and documents care, orders, and outcomes.
• Performs clinical testing and administers medications as ordered.

Pay: Up to $39/hr! (Based on experience)

PLUS Shift differentials: Evening $3.50/hour and Nights $2.50/hour

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Warminster Campus - is immediately hiring an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse.

As an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse, you will carry out our Mission of Love by organizing, delivering and directing professional nursing care to residents.

Our LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the following:

• Serves as charge nurse for assigned resident care unit assuring continuous clinical leadership at all times. Directs CNAs regarding resident care and notifies families, physicians, and departments of residents' needs.
• Collects data on residents and accurately documents residents' condition. Documents care provided. Completes assigned paperwork, i.e., would documentation, recap of physician's orders, MARS, TARS, etc. on each resident on assigned unit.
• Performs clinical testing such as glucometer and pulse oximetry as necessary. Administers ordered medications as approved treatments including monitoring of IV fluid. Monitors effectiveness of medications and treatments.
• Prepares for and performs rounds. Accepts physician's orders including verbal/telephone orders as appropriate and in compliance with regulations and nursing practice.

What You Need as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse:

• LPN experience minimum 3 years
• LPN PA License
• LPN Nursing home experience minimum 1 year
