Job summary

Cridersville Health Care Center, now under new management, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team in a resident-centered environment.

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
