Job summary

Springfield Healthcare Center, under new management, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. We emphasize teamwork, accountability, culture, and exceptional resident care.

The ideal candidate will show empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. You will conduct assessments, assist with admissions, manage discharges, provide wound care, and lead CNAs and CMTs, following facility protocols.

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
