Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN to provide post-acute care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs with immediate hiring.

The role offers up to $35 per hour, with full-time and part-time positions and benefits including 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid training and orientation, and daily/weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree or be graduate of approved LPN program.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
• Document care in resident medical record and department records.
• Educate residents and families about treatments and status changes.
• Adhere to infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Consult with physician regarding plan of care and changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure quality of care per DOH and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve resident issues.

Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties Include:

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical record and department records.
• Educate residents regarding treatment, rehabilitation, change of status, etc… as well as family members.
• Adhering to infection control policies and procedures as well as all other facility policies and procedures.
• Consult with resident’s physician regarding resident’s plan of care as well as notifying them of any changes.
• Maintain resident’s confidentiality and privacy.
• Assure quality of care by adhering to DOH standards of practice and facility standards of care.
• Assist with solving resident’s problems by working with the interdisciplinary team.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

The Nurse must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN nursing program.
