Job summary

Edenbrook Pine Haven is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Pine Island, Minnesota, delivering high-quality care to residents. The role emphasizes assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe living environment.

Responsibilities include nursing process planning, supervising nursing assistants, administering medications, communicating changes with physicians and families, and accurate charting per policy.

Qualifications

• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care setting
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy

Job Description
