Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time roles in a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. The candidate must hold a NY LPN license, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and perform functional activities to enhance resident experience.

Shifts are available from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with daily pay options. Salary is stated as up to $34.48 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision and other employee perks. Immediate hiring.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
