Apploi is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time (and part-time) role in a Skilled Nursing facility. The nurse will care for geriatric residents, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and coordinate with physicians and CNAs to improve resident outcomes.

Certification as an LPN in NY is required. Shift options include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with daily pay available and benefits after probation.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
