Job summary

Bethesda Care Center in Fremont, OH is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 12‑hour shifts across all schedules. New grads and walk-ins are welcome, with daily pay options and generous shift differentials to support a strong work–life balance.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a care team in a safe, supportive environment. A valid LPN license and BLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare staff.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory guidelines and safety.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.

• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
