Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for all shifts in Georgia. New grads welcome. Walk-in interview Wednesdays and Mondays–Fridays 11 am–4 pm.

Nurses provide direct care to residents, collaborate with a supportive team, and help ensure high-quality care in a safe environment. Qualifications include an active LPN license, compassionate patient care, strong communication, and ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound and catheter care and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
