Job summary

Rockville Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility team in New York. The ideal candidate holds a NY-LPN license and can evaluate and treat residents independently with minimal supervision.

Shifts are 7 AM to 3 PM with every other weekend required. Salary is Up to $40 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, fringe benefits, KinderCare discounts, Plum Benefits and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NY
• Able to evaluate and treat residents independently
• Willing to work alternating weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit

• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome
• Provide resident and family education

The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
