Job summary

Heritage Hall is seeking an LPN to build meaningful relationships with residents and provide compassionate care. You will work closely with the care team, administering medications and monitoring health while ensuring comfort and safety for each resident.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Virginia LPN license, and availability for alternating weekend shifts. Long-term care experience is preferred, with a focus on clear communication and independent

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to the team.
• Collaborate with care team and families to support residents' wellbeing.
