Job summary

DocGo is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide home visits and in-field patient care in New York City's five boroughs, reporting to Maspeth, NY. The role offers full-time hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM with variable days and a pay rate of $37.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation via HealthPoint and Athena EMR, and telemedicine support in line with clinical standards. Requires active NY LPN license, pediatric experience, and phlebotomy skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

• Conduct assessments and treatment under APP supervision.
• Maintain patient records via HealthPoint and Athena EMR.
• Engage in telemedicine support, adhering to clinical standards.
• Manage health, medication, and care goals for patients.
• Provide supervised treatment for common diagnoses.
• Participate in ongoing education and safety protocol adherence.
