Job summary

Luther Oaks Senior Living Community in Bloomington is seeking a PRN LPN to join a caring nursing team across a full-continuum campus. You will provide direct resident care, monitor health, and administer medications, coordinating with physicians and families throughout the shift.

We offer flexible day or night shifts with a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift. You will work in a supportive environment focused on resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for at least 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Luther Oaks Senior Living Community in Bloomington is hiring a PRN LPN. $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. PRN, flexible day or night shifts, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift.

Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a PRN LPN here, you'll provide direct resident care as part of a nursing team supporting residents across a full-continuum campus, with the flexibility to choose your shifts.

What you'll do

What you'll need

Required:

• Active Illinois LPN license
• At least 18 years old

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living

Pay and benefits

• $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials

Schedule

PRN, on-call. Minimum 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift per month.
