Job summary

Luther Oaks, a Life Plan Community in Bloomington, IL, seeks an RN to provide direct resident care across a full-continuum campus and help lead a nursing team. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus with full benefits and flexible scheduling options.

Full-time roles available with day shift or PRN; PIB rates up to $45/hour and PRN pay at $43/hour plus shift differentials. Requires active Illinois RN license and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As an RN here, you’ll provide direct resident care and help lead a nursing team across a full-continuum campus.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

Required:

Pay and benefits

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time RNs
• Full-time: $33.46-$34.04/hour
• PIB (Paid-in-Lieu-of-Benefits): $45.00/hour
• PRN: $43.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials

Schedule

• Day shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
• PRN: on-call, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month
• Weekend and holiday rotation required for full-time roles
